Role Description: As a Jewelry Designer at ParisChapel, you will have the creative freedom to conceptualize and design captivating diamond jewelry pieces that embody the essence of our brand and resonate with our discerning clientele. Your designs will be featured in our exclusive collections, and your artistic vision will be brought to life by our skilled craftsmen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and sketch original jewelry designs, combining diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals in elegant and exquisite arrangements.
• Collaborate closely with our Product Development team to ensure your designs align with market trends, customer preferences, and the ParisChapel brand identity.
• Create detailed technical drawings and 3D renderings to guide the manufacturing process, ensuring that your designs are translated into beautifully crafted jewelry pieces.
• Select high-quality diamonds and gemstones to complement your designs, considering factors such as cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and techniques in the jewelry industry, infusing innovation into your design work.
• Participate in product presentations and meetings to communicate your design concepts effectively.
• Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that finished products meet design specifications and maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Royalty Fee Compensation Structure: As a Jewelry Designer at ParisChapel, you will earn a competitive royalty fee for each jewelry item sold that features your designs. The royalty fee will be based on a percentage of the sales generated by your designs. This means that the more your designs resonate with our customers and drive sales, the higher your compensation will be.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Jewelry Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your original designs and creative flair.
• Proficiency in design software such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals, as well as their characteristics and settings.
• Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Creative vision and the ability to translate ideas into exquisite jewelry pieces that evoke emotion and desire.
• Detail-oriented and excellent craftsmanship with a keen eye for quality and precision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to receive feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
